Healthy Homemade Fudge Striped Shortbread Cookies

STEP 1

Mix almond flour, butter, maple syrup, almond & vanilla extract and salt until a dough forms

STEP 2

Shape dough into a disc, wrap it in plastic wrap and chill it in the fridge

STEP 3

Roll out the chilled dough, then cut it into even circles

STEP 4

Place cookie dough rounds on a baking sheet, poke holes in the middles, then bake

STEP 5

Melt dark chocolate, then dip each cooled shortbread cookie on one side

STEP 6

Place the dipped cookies in the freezer to harden

STEP 7

Drizzle the other side of each cookie with more chocolate, then freeze again
