Strawberry Crumble Bars (gluten free!)

STEP 1

Mix together almond flour, oat flour, rolled oats and salt

STEP 2

Mix in melted butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract

STEP 3

Set aside 1 cup of the topping, then press the rest into a pan & bake

STEP 4

Simmer together strawberries, cornstarch, maple syrup, lemon juice & almond extract

STEP 5

Pour the strawberry filling over the crust, then top with the crumble and bake

Let the bars cool, then slice and enjoy!
