Grilled Carrot Arugula Salad with Figs & Goat Cheese

STEP 1

Toss your carrots with avocado oil, salt & pepper, then grill until slightly tender

STEP 2

Add arugula to a large platter or bowl and top with the grilled carrots

STEP 3

Top with dried figs, goat cheese and toasted walnuts

STEP 4

Add sliced avocado and drizzle with a creamy maple tahini dressing
