Healthy Blender Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

STEP 1

Add banana, eggs, almond milk & vanilla to a blender

STEP 2

Add oats, cinnamon, baking powder & salt and blend until smooth

STEP 3

Let batter sit & thicken up while you heat up your pan

STEP 4

Coat griddle with oil or butter and place over medium heat. Add batter, cook & flip

Add butter, maple syrup and your fav toppings & enjoy!
