Healthy Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins (gluten free!)

Whisk together oat flour, almond flour, salt & baking soda

STEP 1

In a separate bowl mix eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, almond milk, olive oil & ACV

STEP 2

Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir until combined

STEP 3

Toss blueberries & oat flour together in a small bowl, then fold them into the batter

STEP 4

Divide batter evenly between 9 prepared muffin cups & bake

STEP 4

Let muffins cool on a wire rack and enjoy!
