Best Healthy Coleslaw Ever (no mayo!)

Green cabbage

Carrots

Purple cabbage

Green onion

Toasted almonds

Pepitas

Jalapeño

Cilantro

STEP 1

Add red & green cabbage, shredded carrot, cilantro, jalapeño & green onion to a bowl

STEP 2

Whisk together olive oil, ACV, maple syrup, garlic, cayenne pepper, salt & pepper

STEP 3

Pour dressing over veggies, toss well and refrigerate

Garnish with toasted almonds & pepitas and serve!
