Healthy Carrot Cake Pancakes

STEP 1

Add applesauce, eggs, milk, vanilla & maple syrup to a blender

STEP 2

Add rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg & salt and blend until smooth

STEP 3

Fold in shredded carrots, chopped pecans & raisins

STEP 4

Heat olive or coconut oil in a skillet, and cook your pancakes

Top with yogurt & maple syrup for the perfect breakfast treat!
