Healthy Pumpkin Bread with Maple Glaze

STEP 1

Brown your butter, then let it cool in a bowl

Whisk together pumpkin puree, maple syrup, eggs & vanilla

STEP 3

Whisk in the melted, cooled brown butter

STEP 4

Add whole wheat pastry flour, baking soda & salt to a separate bowl

STEP 5

Whisk in cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg & allspice

STEP 6

Mix the wet & dry ingredients, then add to a loaf pan and bake

Mix together powdered sugar, maple syrup, melted butter & almond milk

STEP 8

Drizzle the maple glaze all over the cooled pumpkin bread
