Coconut & Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars

STEP 1

Melt together peanut butter, coconut oil, honey and vanilla until smooth

STEP 2

Mix in your favorite protein powder or collagen peptides until well combined

STEP 3

Fold in oats, dried cherries, chia seeds and shredded coconut until well combined

STEP 4

Press the protein bar "dough" into a pan lined with parchment paper and set aside

STEP 5

In a small saucepan melt together dark chocolate chips with coconut oil

STEP 6

Drizzle chocolate all over bars, sprinkle with flaky sea salt and refrigerate

Once bars have solidified in the fridge, slice and enjoy!
