Homemade Salted Maple Pecan Milk

Water

Maple syrup + sea salt

Raw pecans

STEP 1

Add pecans to a bowl and submerge in water

STEP 2

Let the pecans soak for 6-8 hours or overnight, then drain & rinse them

STEP 3

Add soaked pecans, fresh, filtered water, maple syrup & salt to a blender

STEP 4

Blend on high for 1 minute

STEP 5

Strain the pecan milk into a bowl using a clean dish towel or nut milk bag

STEP 6

Use your hands to wring out all of the milk. Save the pulp for other recipes!

STEP 7

Store homemade pecan milk in the fridge for up to one week
