How to Cook the Best Fluffy Quinoa (plus recipes!)
WHY WE LOVE QUINOA
This little seed is gluten free, packed with protein & fiber and SO delicious!
Start by rinsing your quinoa with cool water to remove the natural bitterness
Use a 1:2 ratio of quinoa to broth or water, add both to your pot and bring to a boil
Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover & let it simmer for exactly 15 minutes
After 15 minutes remove it from the heat & let it stand covered for another 5-10 minutes
Once it's done, fluff that quinoa with a fork to separate the grains
Serve simply as an easy side dish or add it to any of our amazing quinoa recipes!
