How to Grill Tofu (2 different ways!)

STEP 1

Start by pressing all of the water out of your tofu block using towels & a heavy object

STEP 2

Next, cut your tofu into rectangles (for direct grilling) or cubes (for kabobs)

STEP 3

Marinate your tofu slices so they're nice and flavorful

STEP 4

Place your tofu slices on a preheated grill and cook for 6-7 minutes

STEP 5

Flip, brush tofu with more marinade and let it cook for 6-7 minutes more

FOR KABOBS

Grill your tofu kabobs with veggies for 10 minutes total, rotating every few minutes

Serve with your fav sides like grilled veggies for the perfect plant-based summer meal!
