STEP 1
Pulse together flour, salt & cold butter in a food processor
STEP 2
Add egg yolk + a few tablespoons of milk and process until dough is crumbly
STEP 3
Shape your dough into a disc, wrap & place in the fridge
STEP 4
Cook the chicken in oil, salt & pepper until no longer pink
STEP 5
In the same pot melt butter and alternate flour & milk until your sauce thickens up
STEP 6
Stir in garlic & onion powder, salt and lots of black pepper
STEP 7
Add in shredded cheddar cheese & mix until melted
STEP 7
Fold in broccoli, carrots and your cooked chicken and add mixture to your skillet
STEP 8
Roll out dough, secure over mixture, cut a few steam slits and brush with an egg wash
