No Bake Superfood Brownies

STEP 1

Remove the date pits, then add to a food processor with walnuts, pecans & pistachios

STEP 2

Process until chunky, then add coconut, chia seeds, cacao powder, coconut oil & vanilla

Process again until mixtures starts to clump

STEP 3

Blend in remaining pistachios & dried cranberries

Then press mixture into a prepared loaf pan

STEP 4

Pour melted chocolate over the top of the bars, tilting the pan to cover them entirely

STEP 5

Top with chopped pistachios, pecans & dried cranberries, then freeze to harden

Sprinkle with sea salt, slice and enjoy the perfect no bake snack or dessert!
