STEP 1
Mix together tahini, coconut oil, maple syrup & vanilla until smooth

Mix in almond flour, coconut flour and salt, let the dough sit, then add chocolate chips
STEP 3
Roll dough into 10 cookie dough balls, then freeze for 10 minutes
STEP 4
Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil
STEP 5
Use a fork to dip each cookie dough bite in chocolate, then freeze again
STEP 6
Drizzle with some more chocolate for a pretty look and freeze once more
