STEP 1
Cook down the mushrooms & onion with garlic, salt & pepper until tender. Set aside
STEP 2
In the same pot break apart and cook the beef with salt & pepper until no longer pink
STEP 3
Add the mushrooms & onion back in with the beef and stir in the spinach
STEP 4
Stir in broth, milk & noodles and bring to a slight boil
STEP 5
Once the pasta is cooked remove your pot from the heat and stir in the cheeses
