STEP 1
Mix coconut sugar, coconut oil, vanilla, apple cider vinegar & eggs until smooth
STEP 2
Add almond milk & mix until well incorporated
STEP 3
In a separate bowl whisk almond & coconut flour, baking soda, salt & cocoa powder
STEP 4
Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix well
STEP 5
Divide batter between pans, smooth the tops & bake
STEP 6
For the frosting: melt & whisk together coconut cream, chocolate chips & salt
STEP 7
Refrigerate or freeze until hardened, then beat frosting until fluffy & creamy
STEP 8
Frost each layer, top & sides of the cake until covered
