Parmesan Bacon Sourdough Mushroom Stuffing

STEP 1

Cube your sourdough, add to a baking sheet, spray with cooking spray and bake

STEP 2

Cook your mushrooms with butter, thyme, sage & garlic until slightly golden

STEP 3

Add onion, celery, salt & pepper and cook until onion softens

STEP 4

Add mixture to a bowl with toasted bread, broth and a beaten egg

STEP 5

Toss with chopped, cooked bacon, parmesan & pecans and add to prepared baking pan

STEP 6

Top with butter pieces & a sprinkle of parmesan, cover and bake

Serve for Thanksgiving and watch guests devour!
