STEP 1

Pit your dates, then add them to a food processor with cashews and shredded coconut

Add salt & vanilla extract and pulse until the ingredients are well combined and sticky

STEP 3

Add cacao nibs and process a few more times until well combined

STEP 4

Roll into 14 balls and roll into shredded coconut if you'd like! Store in the fridge or freezer
