Sweet & Sour Pineapple Broccoli Chicken Stir Fry

STEP 1

Cook your bell pepper, onion and broccoli until slightly tender

STEP 2

Add your pineapple & cooked chicken and stir in the sweet and sour sauce

STEP 3

Let the stir fry simmer on low for 2-4 minutes to let the sauce thicken

Serve with rice, quinoa or cauliflower rice for the perfect meal prep dinner!
