Sweet & Spicy Sesame Chicken Meatball Bowls

STEP 1

Add soy sauce, water, red chili paste & ginger to a bowl

STEP 2

Whisk in ginger, brown sugar, arrowroot starch, sesame oil & sesame seeds

STEP 3

Add ground chicken, an egg, breadcrumbs, green onion & cilantro to a large bowl

STEP 4

Mix in garlic, ginger, cayenne pepper, salt & pepper

STEP 5

Use clean hands to form 16 golf ball sized meatballs

STEP 6

Brown and cook meatballs in a skillet with toasted sesame oil

STEP 7

Remove the meatballs and cook your broccoli in some more toasted sesame oil

STEP 8

Add the meatballs back to the skillet, stir in the sauce and simmer everything together

Serve with rice or quinoa, garnish with chopped peanuts & enjoy!
