Buffalo Chicken Meatballs with Bleu Cheese Sauce

STEP 1

Add ground chicken, an egg, breadcrumbs, shredded carrot, cilantro, green onion & garlic to a bowl

STEP 2

Add buffalo sauce, salt and pepper to the meatball mixture

Scoop the mixture into 20 meatballs, place on a prepared baking sheet & bake
