The Best Cornbread Stuffing Ever (gluten free!)

STEP 1

Mix together butter, eggs, milk of choice, and honey

STEP 2

Mix in oat flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt

STEP 3

Pour batter into a greased skillet, bake, and cool completely

STEP 4

Cut the cornbread into cubes and bake to dry it out

STEP 5

While the cubes are baking cook down garlic, onion, thyme, celery, sage & salt

STEP 6

Transfer mixture to a bowl and add cornbread, pecans and dried cranberries

STEP 7

Mix in an egg & broth and add everything to a prepared baking pan 

STEP 8

Top stuffing with butter pieces, cover and bake

Serve for the perfect Thanksgiving side dish!
