Dark Chocolate Cheesecake with Salted Nutella Ganache

STEP 1

Add chocolate sandwich cookies and hazelnuts to a food processor and pulse until finely ground

STEP 2

Pour melted butter into the mixture and pulse again, then press into a prepared springform pan and bake

STEP 3

Whip together cream cheese and Greek yogurt in an electric mixer, then mix in sugar, salt, and cocoa powder

STEP 4

Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in melted chocolate

STEP 5

Pour the filling over the baked, cooled crust, then bake the cheesecake using a water bath

STEP 6

Melt together heavy cream, Nutella, and chopped dark chocolate, then pour over the cooled cheesecake

Top with chopped hazelnuts & sea salt, and serve!
