Healthy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Everything you'll need to make these amazing cookies

STEP 1

Mix together coconut oil, coconut sugar, vanilla & your flax egg

STEP 2

Stir in oat flour, oats, coconut, baking soda & salt until well combined

STEP 3

Gently fold in your chocolate chips

Pro-tip: the cookie dough is vegan, so give it a taste!

STEP 4

Scoop dough into 1 inch dough balls and place on prepared baking sheet

STEP 5

Very gently press down on the tops to flatten slightly

Bake until barely golden brown, top & top with sea salt

STEP 6

Let cookies cool and devour!
