Salted Maple Bourbon Sweet Potato Pie

STEP 1

Start by baking, peeling & mashing your sweet potatoes, then add them to your mixer

STEP 2

Mix in maple syrup and milk of choice until the mixture is nice and smooth

STEP 3

Add mixture to a bowl and mix it with eggs, bourbon, vanilla, and spices until smooth

STEP 4

Pour the filling to your prepared pie crust, smooth the top, and bake

STEP 5

Allow the pie to cool for at least 1-2 hours before slicing it and serving

Top with a sprinkle of fancy sea salt & whipped cream and enjoy!
