Healthy Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Treats

STEP 1

Heat peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla & salt in small pot, then fold in rice krispies

STEP 2

Pour mixture into a prepared pan and flatten the top so that it's even

STEP 3

Pour melted chocolate all over the bars, tilt to cover evenly, and then refrigerate

STEP 4

Once solidified, cut into 16 even bars

STEP 5

Sprinkle the bars with fancy sea salt if you'd like!
