STEP 1
Start by soaking cashews in water for at least 2 hours, or letting them soak in hot water for 30 minutes
STEP 2
Add drained cashews, garlic, nutritional yeast, almond milk & jalapeño to a blender
STEP 3
Finish with turmeric, paprika, onion powder, mustard, salt & pepper
STEP 4
Blend until a thick sauce comes together, adding milk as necessary
STEP 5
Cook your noodles until they're al dente, drain & add them back to the pot
STEP 6
Pour the vegan cheese sauce over the noodles and stir well
