The Ultimate Vegan Black Bean Burgers

STEP 1

Sauté onion, garlic and carrot until the carrot softens a bit

STEP 2

Mix veggies with cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper & paprika

STEP 3

Blend black beans in a food processor, then add to bowl with a flax egg & oat flour

STEP 4

Shape mixture into 4 black bean burger patties and refrigerate

STEP 5

Mix together tahini, garlic, lemon juice, water & salt until smooth

STEP 6

Cook burgers for 4-5 minutes per side until heated through and golden brown

Add the tahini garlic cream sauce & your fav toppings and enjoy!
