Peach, Tomato & Corn Arugula Pasta Salad

STEP 1

Cook your pasta until al dente, drain & reserve a little pasta water

STEP 2

Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper & red pepper flakes

STEP 3

Toss the pasta with the dressing, pasta water & feta crumbles

STEP 4

Toss in corn, tomatoes, red onion, peaches & arugula

Serve with extra feta crumbles and enjoy all summer!
