How to Grill fruit (2 different ways!)

STEP 1

Start by removing pits from any stone fruits, and the tough outer skin from pineapple & watermelon

FOR LARGE FRUIT PIECES

Cut your stone fruits in half, and cut pineapple & watermelon into planks, wedges or rings

FOR LARGE FRUIT PIECES

Place fruit directly on the grill and grill for 3 minutes on one side until grill marks form

FOR LARGE FRUIT PIECES

Flip and grill for 3 minutes more

FOR FRUIT KABOBS

Cut all fruit into 1" cubes or chunks

FOR FRUIT KABOBS

Add the fruit chunks to skewers

FOR FRUIT KABOBS

Place fruit kabobs on the grill and grill for 3 minutes

FOR FRUIT KABOBS

Flip and grill for 3 minutes more until fruit has nice grill marks

Serve as is, with your fav ice cream, or a drizzle of honey yogurt!
