Spicy Green Cashew Dip (vegan & dairy free)

STEP 1

Start by soaking cashews in boiling water so that they soften

STEP 2

Strain out the water and add the cashews to a blender

STEP 3

Add cilantro, jalapeño, garlic, lime juice, water, salt & pepper

STEP 4

Blend everything together until it's nice and smooth

STEP 5

Pour it up and serve it on a delicious veggie tray!
