Vegan Jalapeño Butternut Squash Queso

STEP 1

Start by roasting butternut squash & soaking cashews in hot water to soften

STEP 2

Add roasted butternut squash and soaked cashews to a blender

STEP 3

Add garlic, nutritional yeast, milk, jalapeño, turmeric & paprika

STEP 4

Add onion powder, chili powder, salt, pepper & dijon and blend until smooth

STEP 5

Heat the queso in a large pot with your fav salsa until warmed to your liking

Serve the queso with extra salsa, jalapeño, cilantro and your favorite chips!
