Healthy Peanut Butter Twix Bars (vegan & gluten free)

STEP 1

Mix together almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla & salt

STEP 2

Press dough into a lined, square baking pan and bake

STEP 3

Mix peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla & salt on medium-low heat

STEP 4

Pour & spread the peanut butter caramel over the cooled crust and chill in the fridge

STEP 5

Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil and stir until smooth

STEP 6

Pour melted chocolate over the cooled peanut butter caramel layer and refrigerate again

Cut into 16 twix bars and store in the fridge. Enjoy!
