Wonderful Pumpkin Pie Energy Bites

STEP 1

Add pumpkin puree, natural peanut butter and maple syrup to a food processor

STEP 2

Add toasted pecans, pumpkin pie spice, flax, chia seeds, salt & rolled oats

STEP 3

Pulse the ingredients together in your food processor until well combined

STEP 4

Use a cookie scoop to scoop the mixture, roll it into 15 equal-sized bites, then freeze

STEP 5

Once the energy bites have solidified, drizzle on melted chocolate and freeze them again
