Gluten Free Banana Coconut Waffles

Gluten Free and grain free coconut flour waffles with banana! Delicious, easy to make and a great paleo breakfast option.

  • 2 large mashed bananas
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter of your choice
  • 2 eggs + 3 egg whites
  • 3 tablespoons agave nectar or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour


  1. In a medium bowl, mix together nut butter, eggs, sweetener of your choice, vanilla and mashed bananas until well blended.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the coconut flour, salt, and baking soda.
  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
  4. Preheat and grease your waffle iron.
  5. Cook waffles and serve with toasted coconut, bananas, and coconut whipped cream.
