To make the crust: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix Teddy Grahams, butter, sugar, and salt together. Pulse in food processor until very crumbly.
To make the filling: Place heavy whipping cream and granulated sugar in large bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat until heavy and thick.
Place pie in refrigerator for 4 hours before serving. Serves 9.
You can also freeze for 2 hours if you desire a frozen mousse pie. Can also be served right away.
