  • 3 tablespoons drippy tahini
  • ½ lemon, juiced (about 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice)
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1-2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1-2 tablespoons warm water, to thin dressing

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the tahini, lemon juice, maple syrup, ginger, turmeric, garlic powder and salt and pepper.

  2. Add 2-3 tablespoons of warm water to thin out the dressing so that it’s nice and pourable. Taste and add more salt and pepper if necessary.

Recipe Notes

Store this creamy sunshine dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. If the sauce appears too thick for your liking when you take it out of the fridge, simply add a bit of water and mix it well.
