Ingredients
4large cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2small red onion, thinly sliced
1/2cup2% plain greek yogurt
1 1/2tablespoonschopped dill
1tablespoonapple cider vinegar
2teaspoonshoney or sugar, to taste
Freshly ground salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Add greek yogurt, dill, apple cider vinegar and honey/sugar to a large bowl. Mix together to combine. Next add in cucumbers and red onion to the bowl and fold everything together until well combined and the dressing has coated the cucumbers. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Best if served within 24 hours of making.
