Ingredients

  • 1/2 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground annatto seeds (or sub turmeric)
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt

Instructions

  • In a small bowl mix together the coriander, cumin, annatto seeds, garlic powder, oregano and salt.

Notes

For 1 pound of meat or potatoes, you'll use approximately 1 or 1 1/2 tablespoons of this sazon seasoning.
Use 1 tablespoon of this DIY sazon spice mixture in my arroz con gandules or my sazon grilled chicken thighs
