Ingredients
Dip
1(8 ounce) container garlic hummus
1cupwhole-milk plain Greek yogurt
1garlic clove, grated
1tablespooncalabrian chile paste
½cuppitted Casalvetrano or Kalamata olives, roughly chopped
2persian cucumber, quartered and chopped
1cupcherry tomatoes, quartered
2ouncesfeta cheese, crumbled (½ cup)
¼cuppickled red onions (or sub 2 tablespoons diced red onion)
2tablespoonstoasted pine nuts
2tablespoonsfresh chopped dill
Lemon zest
For serving
Seeded crackers, Pita chips, Pretzels, Pita bread or naan
Instructions
Spread the hummus all over the bottom of a 9x9 inch baking dish or large platter.
In a medium bowl, mix together the yogurt, garlic and calabrian chili paste until well combined. Spread over the hummus.
Add remaining layers in the following order: olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta, pickled red onions, pine nuts, and dill. Garnish with lemon zest.
Serve immediately or cover and chill in the fridge for up to 4 hours.
