Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • ¾ cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 ¼ cup light coconut milk, plus more as necessary

Instructions

  • In a large high-powered blender, add in all ingredients and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until all ingredients are well combined. If necessary, add in more coconut milk to thin the smoothie. Makes 1 smoothie.

Notes

If you'd like to make this a summertime cocktail, add ¼ cup white rum, silver tequila or vodka.
Feel free to use 1 banana in place of the mango.
