Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk or 2% plain greek yogurt
  • 4 ounces feta, crumbled
  • 1 jalapeño, roughly chopped (omit seeds if you are sensitive to spice)
  • 1 clove garlic, roughy chopped
  • ½ tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste

Instructions

  • In a high-speed blender: Add in yogurt, feta, jalapeno, garlic, lemon juice, cilantro, parsley and salt. Process until smooth and well combined, scraping down the sides as necessary. Taste and add more salt, if necessary.
  • Add to a shallow bowl that’s great for dipping then drizzle a bit of olive oil on top. Garnish with a little fresh chopped leafy herbs and extra chopped jalapeno – whatever you have on hand is great!
