1tablespoonalmond butter (or your favorite nut butter)
½cupplain greek yogurt (whole or 2% is great!)
½cupmilk of choice, plus more as necessary
1scoop protein powder (I like collagen peptides), optional
Instructions
In a large high-powered blender, add in all ingredients and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until all ingredients are well combined. If necessary, add in more milk to thin the smoothie. Makes 1 smoothie.
Notes
