Spicy Roasted Red Pepper Feta Dip
Creamy, spicy roasted red pepper feta dip made with six simple ingredients easily blended right in your food processor. This savory red pepper dip not only makes a delicious appetizer or snack with pita chips, veggies, and crackers, but is also the perfect spread on sandwiches or wraps! 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled 1 cup (6 ounces) drained roasted red bell peppers 1 garlic clove, roughly chopped 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (or red wine vinegar!) 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or sub a jalapeno or a spicy red pepper!)
In the bowl of a food processor, add in the feta, drained roasted red bell peppers, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and red pepper flakes.
Process on high until the dip comes together, about 1 minute, scraping down the sides of the bowl as necessary.
Serve with pita chips, crackers, veggies or use as a spread on sandwiches or wraps.
