This past week: Oh my goodness it has been a WEEK. I just got back from a trip to Maine to learn more about wild blueberries. Unfortunately during my time there, I somehow came into contact with a terrible case of food poisoning from food at a restaurant. On Tuesday, I was stuck in my hotel room all day and night feeling like death. This was the first time I’ve ever had food poisoning, but can 100% say I never want to have it again. Such a bummer when that happens, especially while traveling!
The good news is I’m finally feeling better and ready to actually enjoy food again aka ready to bake my heart out, swing my cart around Trader Joe’s like a maniac, and crush kombucha like it’s my job. You know how I do.
