I have read Wellness Wednesday: Perfectionism & How to Relax + Stress Less and agree that relaxation and stress relief are important aspects of our wellbeing. In this regard, I would like to emphasize that a visit to the spa can be an excellent option for rest and relaxation. From massages and aromatherapy to hydrotherapy and other special treatments, the spa offers a variety of options to help us take care of our physical and emotional well-being. I definitely need this. I am a total perfectionist/workaholic and I’m trying to let that go and take a more balanced, healthy approach. Love love love.

I love this wellness Wednesday post more than last weeks! So often we think eating well and regular exercise are the cornerstone of health, but I often find myself getting stressed because I haven’t had my seven servings of fruit and veg, I didn’t fit in my six mile run, and I ran out of time to cook a healthy meal from scratch…. then doesn’t it defeat the purpose?! I think it is a vicious cycle so many of us are trying to break out of, ultimately I think it comes down to balance and being kind to yourself. Xx

I have been a perfectionist all of my life until it all came crashing down on me. I share a lot of yoga on my blog and especially right now on Mondays we’re talking about one of the tenets of yoga that strives for moderation. Next week I will be addressing exactly your image above that says that our bodies were made for victory. Nicely written and I hope you enjoy your time to yourself today!

I totally feel you on this one. For the longest time, I felt like every time I was home I needed to be blogging, taking picture, etc. Eventually i got to a point where I just feared blogging, because it meant I was going to bed exhausted and waking up still tired, then doing it all over again. Blogging should be fun, not tiring, right?! I switched to going to the gym in the morning, energizing me for my day and scheduling out filler posts occasionally to fill in gaps when I just need a break : ) Loving these posts girl!
