I’m all out of sorts when it comes to what day it is. A week long work trip will do that to you. My email inbox is out of control and there’s nothing in the fridge except energy balls and blueberry muffins.
My schedule is completely off because Tony now wakes up at 5am, which means I tend to get up at that time too. If you know me well, you know I’m traditionally a night owl. It’s been an adjustment, but I’ve also found myself enjoying the dark, quiet hours of Chicago mornings.
This weekend, I don’t have any plans except for catching up on work and relaxing. I also have a few delicious recipes coming to you on Sunday and Monday, so I hope you’ll stop by and check them out!
