In case you missed it, we shared this FREE 7-day meal plan in early 2021 as a way to kick off the year with simple, nourishing, nutritious recipes to fuel your journey, whatever that may be. As we head into 2022 we thought it was the perfect time to re-share it and to get back in the kitchen cooking from scratch. The best part about the meal plan is that you can use it any time, anywhere!
As always, we want to emphasize that all foods and dietary preferences are welcome here at Ambitious Kitchen, which is why we created this meal plan to be vegetarian-friendly, dairy free friendly and gluten free!
