peach, corn, tomato and arugula pasta salad with salty feta & a simple lemon olive oil vinaigrette. SO MUCH FLAVOR and makes the best picnic food, lunch for the week or dinner side.

I personally love the cream cheese frosting but since having to go dairy free I just spread them with a little pb mixed with maple syrup, or @simplemills chocolate or vanilla frosting. link in bio!

P.S. I suggest keeping these in your freezer and eating them straight from there. They get so fudgy!
